RETURN POLICY
Matrix Drops (water) or any other consumable product is not returnable. If there are any manufacturer defects or shipping issues please send us a photo and email us your claim within 2 weeks from your order date so we can exchange the damaged products. If the return reason is due to our fault, we will replace the item or offer a store credit.
If you would like to return or exchange any Matrix Drops Cosmetics item, please contact Customer Care to initiate your return/exchange at info@matrixdropsusa.com. Our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist with a complimentary return label for returns that meet our policy requirements.. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
